Regular Maintenance
  (Preventive) maintenance of devices
·         Goal – to prevent failures of devices and thereby extend the service time of devices and minimise the expenses for the users of the device
·         We service all devices delivered by Hansab and if possible, also analogous devices by other suppliers
·         We provide preventive maintenance to the contractual customers according to the dates stipulated in the contract/agreed upon; to non-contractual customers as the customer wishes/calls
·         We execute preventive maintenance also simultaneously with the repair call
·         Contains
o        the cleaning of the interior and exterior modules of the device
o        adjustment
o        replacement of defective, worn out or broken parts
o        testing of order after cleaning and tuning if necessary,
o        service materials
 
In order to avoid downtimes and ensure a smooth work process for you, we suggest you conclude a maintenance contract that also gives you a possibility to use the replacement device.
