In order to provide technical services to the devices delivered by AS Hansab we have trained specialists with long-term experience and wide knowledge base for providing fast and professional repair services. At the same time, we provide help in case of the failures of other analogous devices as well provided that we have the authority to repair them (depending on the type of the device). - We perform warranty repairs for the devices delivered by us.
- When receiving call from a customer we quickly send a repair technician to the location of the customer (device)
- In case of contractual customers we will send the technician during the period stipulated in the contract
- In case of non-contractual customers we will respond to the call on first occasion
- The repair technician will find out the reason why the device is out of order (or not working properly)
- If necessary, repairs the device at the customer’s place and restores the normal work of the devices.
- If necessary, when agreed with the customer, brings the devices to the repair shop of Hansab, where the repairs and adjustment of the device take place
- After the execution of repairs, transports the device back to the location of the customer (device)
- The customer may also bring the device needing repairs to the repair shop of Hansab on weekdays to the address Keevise 11 in Tallinn.
